We collect the minimum information needed to operate and improve IceStudio:

Account and contact information (optional): Name, email address, and related details if you choose to create an account, contact us, or subscribe to updates.

User-created data: Skate session statistics, logs, notes, and other information you enter or generate in the App. This may be stored on your device and in our cloud services so you can back up and sync your data.

Device and technical data: Device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and diagnostics to maintain and improve performance.

Usage and analytics data: In-app actions such as screens viewed, feature usage, and session length ("basic analytics") to understand how the App is used and to guide improvements.

We do not collect payment card numbers; purchases of premium features are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.

If the App requests access to device features (such as camera, photos, notifications, or storage), this is only to support specific functions, and you can control these permissions in your device settings.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended to help users track figure skating practice and progress and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide professional coaching, medical, legal, or safety advice.

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and app store rules, and not to misuse the App (including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting servers, or reverse engineering).

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by MotivateGo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
